Perform the following steps to reinstall drivers in Wireless USB DAC:
- Disconnect Wireless USB DAC from the computer.
- Uninstall the currently installed NAD drivers.
- Restart the computer.
- When the restart is complete, reconnect Wireless USB DAC to a different USB port of the computer.
- Power on Wireless USB DAC.
Allow several minutes for Windows or macOS to automatically install the correct drivers and proceed to test Wireless USB DAC.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try installing the NAD USB audio driver for Windows manually.
Also try replacing the cable connecting Wireless USB DAC to the computer, as this may have sustained some damages over time.
