IMPORTANT – The following procedure involves Factory Reset (All settings previously configured will be deleted).
Perform the following steps to troubleshoot NAD C 338 network issues:
- Press and hold the SOURCE> button on the front panel until the display shows "C3".
- Release the SOURCE> button to complete the factory reset. The blue light begins blinking. After 3 minutes, the wireless hotspot/network is displayed as NADAmpC338, followed by a string of numbers (check on your phone's wireless network menu).
- Connect to this network using your phone.
Note: Ignore any messages from your phone stating there is no internet connection. - Open the Google Home App and select Set Up Device.
If the configuration fails during initial setup or while relaunching the App, ensure that your phone is connected to the C 338’s wireless network before retrying.
Note
If the C 338’s wireless hotspot/network does not show up after 3 minutes as mentioned in Step2, please disconnect and unplug the power from the rear panel of C 338 and reconnect it.
The Power Indicator’s blinking pattern of the blue light would be BLINK-BLINK-PAUSE and repeat. Wait until the light blinks consistently without a pause.
You could also turn off your phone's wireless network for few seconds to make it consistent.
If the wireless hotspot/network does not show up as explained in Step 2, wait at least 5 minutes, and try again. After connecting, perform the consecutive steps as explained above.
