IMPORTANT – Disconnect power supply to both amplifiers before proceeding.
NAD C 368 should be used as the Left Channel amplifier.
Perform the following steps to set up the amplifiers with subwoofer in bridge mode:
On C 368
- Set the "BRIDGE MODE" switch to the “ON (MONO)” position.
- Connect the Left Speaker to the terminals marked “LEFT +” and “RIGHT -” ensuring that the “LEFT +” is connected to the “+” terminal of the Left speaker and the “RIGHT -” is connected to the speaker’s “-” terminal.
- Connect the (Right) R PRE-OUT/ SUBW output from C 368 to the ANALOG AUDIO INPUT – LEFT BRIDGE (MONO) of C 268.
- Connect the (Left) L PRE-OUT/ SUBW output from C 368 to the Right input on the subwoofer (when used).
On C 268
- Set the "Bridge Mode" switch to the “ON (MONO)” position.
- Connect the Right Speaker to the terminals marked “LEFT +” and “RIGHT -” ensuring that the “LEFT +” is connected to the “+” terminal of the Right speaker and the “RIGHT -” is connected to the speaker’s “-” terminal.
- Set the Left Channel "ANALOG AUDIO INPUT" switch to the "SINGLE-ENDED" position.
- Connect the LINE OUT – R (right) output from C 268 to the Left input on the subwoofer (when used).
C 368 Settings Configuration
Power ON both the amplifiers and make the following changes in C 368 using the front panel display.
Filters

- Select Settings and navigate to Filters.
- Press to scroll and select Full Range.
Pre Out/Subwoofer

- Select Settings and navigate to Pre Out/Subwoofer.
- Press to scroll and select Pre Out.
C 368 and C 268 are now configured in Bridge Mode. C 368 drives the left channel and C 268 drives the right channel.
