Our support staff are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays) to help you diagnose and fix any issues you may experience in using NAD products. If our support staff is unable to assist you, you may be entitled to product coverage under the terms of NAD's warranty policy. Where is my warranty valid?
Authorized NAD distributors provide warranty coverage for their own country only. This warranty is only valid in the country where the product was originally purchased. If you require service out of country, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to the original country and distributor. Please contact the NAD Support Team if you require more information.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
Online product registration is no longer available as it is not necessary for NAD warranty coverage. You will only need to present the original bill of sale to your local NAD authorized dealer or distributor to be eligible for NAD warranty coverage.
Is my warranty transferable person-to-person?
No, NAD warranty coverage is not transferable and is eligible only to the original purchaser.
