If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact the NADelectronics.com customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return your purchase and receive a refund.
*This policy covers purchases on the NADelectronics.com store . When the product is received in good condition, we will refund your full purchase price including tax.
How to process a 30-day return:
All 30-day returns must have a corresponding Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can receive an RMA and return shipping instructions from the NADelectronics.com store by contacting customer service.
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5-7 days after receipt of returned goods in original condition.
You can submit a request to cancel your NAD order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped.
