Check the Firmware Version
Perform the following steps to check the firmware version of NAD D 1050:
- With D 1050 powered ON, press and hold the “ON” button of the remote control until the display starts to flash.
- Release the “ON” button and observe the display sequence.
- The number of times the left column flashes indicates the 1st digit of the firmware version. (to the left of the decimal point)
The number of times the right column flashes indicates the 2nd digit of the firmware version. (to the right of the decimal point)
D 1050 Upgrade Procedure
To perform the Firmware upgrade, follow the D 1050 Software Upgrade Procedure for Windows/macOS users and download the latest firmware from D 1050 - NAD Electronics.
Troubleshoot
If the Firmware update has failed or not working, you can try performing a factory reset.
Please be aware, performing a factory reset may result in loss of data such as music service credentials, speaker calibrations, or room correction filters.
If a factory reset does not help, please reach out to your nearest NAD Authorised Dealer/Distributor or Submit a request for further evaluation.
