If you are experiencing problems with your D 1050 USB DAC, you may want to try to perform a factory reset.
Please be aware, performing a factory reset may result in loss of data such as music service credentials, speaker calibrations, or room correction filters.
Ensure to make note of any customized settings you want to remember before you perform a factory reset.
To perform a factory reset
- Press and hold “SERVICE” at the rear panel until D 1050 defaults to OPT1 source.
If you encounter an issue with your D 1050 that can't be fixed with a factory reset, reach out to your nearest NAD Authorized Dealer/Distributor or Submit a request for further evaluation.
