The AVR 4 remote control handset manages the key functions of the T758. It can also directly command other NAD products that use common remote control codes, including various NAD Stereo Receiver, Integrated Amplifier, and Preamplifier models.
Additionally, it features controls for NAD Blu-ray Disc Players, AM/FM Tuners, and dedicated AM/FM/DB Tuners.
The remote operates up to a distance of 23 feet (7 meters). For optimal performance, use alkaline batteries. Install two AA batteries in the compartment at the back of the remote. When replacing batteries, ensure they are correctly oriented as indicated in the battery compartment.
To initiate the following T 758 remote control commands, select AMP from the DEVICE SELECTOR buttons:

ON/OFF |
The AVR 4 remote has separate ON and OFF buttons. Press ON to switch the T 758 from Standby to operating mode. Press OFF to switch to Standby mode. |
| 2 | DEVICE SELECTOR |
A Device Selector button determines which component the AVR 4 will command; it does not perform any function on the T 758. Press the desired Device Selector button to direct the applicable buttons to a “page” of commands relevant to the selected device. After selecting a Device, press the corresponding AVR 4 control buttons applicable to the selected Device. |

NUMERIC KEYS |

Turn off the NAD Receiver or Tuner after a specified number of minutes.
SLEEP MODE
The Sleep Mode timer automatically switches the T 758 to Standby mode after a preset number of minutes.
To disable sleep mode, continue pressing the [SLEEP] button until "Sleep Off" is displayed on the VFD.
Additionally, activating standby mode using either the AVR 4’s OFF button or the T 758’s Standby button will cancel the sleep mode.
