The AVR 4 can store a unique set of default NAD codes for each DEVICE SELECTOR "page." If the original default library does not control your NAD CD player, DVD player, or other components, follow the procedure below to change the library code. Refer to the table below for a list of applicable NAD Library Codes and their corresponding NAD models.
LOAD ANOTHER LIBRARY CODE
Example: Load NAD DVD Player T 517 library codes to AVR4's BD device.
- Press and hold the [BD] in the DEVICE SELECTOR section of the AVR4.
- While holding down the [BD] device button, press 2 and 2 using the AVR4's numeric buttons. 22 corresponds to the library code for T 517.
- Press [ENTER] while still holding down the [BD] device button. The [BD] device selector will flash once to indicate the successful library input. Both the [BD] device selector and [ENTER] buttons can now be released.
RESET THE AVR 4 TO ITS DEFAULT SETTINGS
You can restore the AVR 4 to its factory settings, including default libraries, by following these steps:
- Press and hold the [ON] and [DELETE] buttons for about 10 seconds until the AMP device button lights up.
- Release both buttons within two seconds of the AMP device button lighting up. If the reset is successful, the [BD] device button will flash twice.
