You can stream audio to NAD CS1 through Bluetooth. To connect NAD CS1 to your device via Bluetooth, perform any of the following methods.
A. Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold the rear panel SETUP button for 2 seconds and release.
The POWER INDICATOR LED on the front panel flashes twice, indicating Bluetooth pairing is enabled. - On iOS, Android, or any Bluetooth-compatible device, select Settings, and scan for Bluetooth devices.
- Select the unique device ID NAD-CS1xxxx* from the list of available devices.
*Note: xxxx is the last four digits in the MAC (Machine Access Control) address (example: NAD-CS1d0d3). The complete 12-digit MAC address is printed on a sticker on the bottom panel of the device. - Select Pair/OK to complete the Bluetooth pairing.
The Bluetooth device and NAD CS1 are now paired. Play any music/track from the Bluetooth device, and NAD CS1 POWER INDICATOR LED flashes Blue for 3 seconds, indicating the source is switched to Bluetooth.
B. NFC Pairing (Android)
- Enable the NFC option on the Android device.
- Place the Android device on the top panel of NAD CS1.
- Select Yes on the Bluetooth prompt.
The Bluetooth device and NAD CS1 are now paired. Play any music/track from the Bluetooth device, and NAD CS1 POWER INDICATOR LED flashes Blue for 3 seconds, indicating the source is switched to Bluetooth.
