If you are not able to use any front panel buttons of your CD Player, we recommend bringing the CD Player to a local authorized NAD service centre to have the issue further investigated by a factory-trained technician. Service may be required to resolve the issue and return the CD Player to working order. NAD does not recommend self-servicing CD Players as it may void the manufacturer's warranty.
