If you experience problems playing a disc in your NAD CD Player and are receiving error messages like INSERT DISC or NO DISC, there may be an issue with the disc that you are trying to play or the laser sensor could be damaged. NAD does not recommend the use of over-the-counter CD Player lens cleaners. We recommend bringing the CD Player to a local authorized NAD service centre to have the player serviced by a factory-trained technician.
