If you are experiencing problems with the C658 BluOS Streaming DAC, you may want to try to perform a factory reset.
IMPORTANT! Please be aware that a factory reset may result in data loss, such as music service credentials, saved Playlists, file shares, or WiFi network configuration.
Ensure to note any customized settings you want to remember before performing a factory reset.
You can use these buttons on the C658 front panel to navigate across screens and perform the steps in the following sections.

Force Factory Reset (using the <SOURCE> buttons)
- Press and hold the front panel <SOURCE> buttons (both buttons) until the display shows the following three options:
- Factory Reset MCU? - Restore MCU factory default settings only.
- Factory Reset BluOS? - Restore BluOS factory default settings only.
- Factory Reset All? - This will reset and restore both BluOS and MCU to factory default settings.
- Select the required option using the Navigation button.
- Press [ENTER] to select Yes and initiate the selected Factory Reset option.
